cleaning.casa exists because getting a straight answer about what a clean costs on this coast is harder than it should be.
If you have lived on the Costa Blanca for any length of time you know the pattern. You need a cleaner, or a carpet done, or the car sorted. You ask on a Facebook group. You get eleven replies. You message four people. Two never answer, one answers in Spanish, and the fourth quotes you a number that turns into a different number on the day.
Every price is on the website. Not "from", not "contact for a quote" — the actual number. You can work out what your job costs before you speak to anybody. If your job is unusual, send a photo and we price it, still fixed before we start.
You pay after. Never before, and never a deposit. That includes absent owners working through a key holder — we send photographs of the finished work and you transfer once you have seen them. If somebody in Spain has asked you for money up front for a clean, that is worth thinking about.
Everything runs on steam and non-toxic products. Commercial steam sanitises on contact: it kills dust mites, bacteria and mould spores and lifts grease and limescale without chlorine, ammonia or solvents. So there is no bleach smell when we leave, no residue on surfaces, and nothing that needs airing before children or pets come back in the room. A lot of people moved to this coast for their chest. Cleaning their house with something that makes it worse is a strange way to repay that.
