Carpet and upholstery steam cleaning, regular and deep home cleaning, and mobile car valeting right across the Orihuela Costa strip — booked in English, priced up front, with no call-out charge.
All three run from the same van and the same booking. Book any two on the same visit and take 10% off the total.
Hot-water extraction and steam for carpets, rugs, sofas, armchairs, dining chairs and mattresses. Sand, suncream, pet accidents and the musty smell from a closed-up property.
Regular weekly or fortnightly cleaners, one-off deep cleans, end of tenancy and holiday rental changeovers. Commercial steam and pH-neutral non-toxic products on every visit.
We valet your car where it is parked. Fully self-contained van with its own water and power, so we can work in garages and communal parking where washing a car is normally not allowed.
Orihuela Costa is not one town. It is a fifteen-kilometre ribbon of urbanisations running from Punta Prima in the north down to Campoamor and Mil Palmeras in the south, with somewhere north of 30,000 registered residents and a real population several times that in summer. The overwhelming majority of homeowners here are British, Irish and Northern European, and almost every property sits within a couple of kilometres of the beach.
That geography creates a very specific set of cleaning problems, and they are not the ones people arrive expecting. Three things do the damage.
Sand. Fine, pale beach sand is walked into every property on the coast. It works its way to the base of carpet pile and into the seams of sofa cushions, where a domestic vacuum cannot reach it. Because it is abrasive, it slowly cuts the fibres from the inside. A carpet on the Orihuela Costa wears out faster than the same carpet in the UK for this reason alone.
Calima. Several times a year, southerly winds carry Saharan dust across the province. It settles as a fine orange-grey film on terraces, cars, window tracks and anything with an open window. It is far finer than normal household dust, it stains light fabrics if it gets damp, and it is the single most common reason people call us in spring.
Closed-up humidity. This is the one that catches holiday-home owners out. A property shut up from October to April, with the shutters down and no ventilation, holds moisture in its soft furnishings. Mattresses, sofa cushions and rugs pick up a musty smell and, in the worst cases, visible mould spotting on the underside. Owners often assume the smell will air out. It will not, because the spores are in the filling, not on the surface.
We cover the full strip and the inland urbanisations behind it. The busiest areas for us are:
Travel across all of these is free. We do not add a call-out fee, a fuel surcharge or a minimum distance charge — the price you are quoted on WhatsApp is the price you pay when the work is finished.
A large share of Orihuela Costa property is owned by people who are not in Spain most of the year, and we have built the whole service around that.
You do not need to be present. We collect keys from your key holder, property manager or a neighbour, photograph the property on arrival, carry out the work, photograph it again on completion and send the images to you on WhatsApp before we return the keys. Payment can be made by bank transfer afterwards from wherever you are.
For owners flying in, the most popular booking is a deep clean plus mattress and sofa treatment scheduled for the two or three days before arrival. It takes the musty smell out of a closed-up apartment completely, and the property is dry and aired by the time you land.
“We have an apartment in Playa Flamenca that sits empty from October. Every year we arrived to that damp, shut-up smell and every year we blamed the drains. It was the mattresses. One visit, both mattresses and the sofa done, and the flat has smelt normal ever since. They did it two days before we flew in and sent photos.”

Yes. We work from Punta Prima in the north through Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Villamartin and Los Dolses, down to Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Mil Palmeras. Travel is free across the whole area with no call-out charge.
Yes, and roughly half our Orihuela Costa work is done this way. We collect keys from your key holder or property manager, send before-and-after photographs on WhatsApp, and you can pay by bank transfer afterwards.
Usually, yes. The smell is almost always coming from the mattresses, sofa cushions and rugs rather than the air. Hot-water extraction and steam pulls the moisture and the spores out of the filling, which is what an air freshener or an open window cannot do. Allow a day for full drying.
Yes, entirely. The service is run in English and every quote, appointment and follow-up is in English. We do not use translation apps.
Same day is often possible for car valeting and small carpet jobs. Deep cleans and changeovers are usually booked one to three days ahead. In July and August, book a week out if you can.
Same day and next day slots across the whole Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa strip. Free travel — we never add a call-out charge on top of the quoted price.
Send a photo and your street or urbanisation on WhatsApp. We come back with a fixed price, usually within a few minutes, and you pay nothing until the work is finished.
